The katsunori special is a must order, so flavorful and always fresh. The spicy garlic edamame is a sleeper hit, such a common menu item but this version is really top notch. Nutty garlic taste and the spicy is just right can't get simpler or tastier. It can get a bit crowded and loud so if that's not your vibe make sure to go early for lunch when it's a bit quieter.
Very delicious sushi, you can't get enough of eating. All choices are good and worth the try. The atmosphere inside is so nice and calm. The service is incredible. The women who helped choosing and deciding was so helpful and kind. I definitely recommend it.
JUST MOVED UP TO THE HIGH DESERT AND SOOO GLAD I FOUND MYSELF A ????????????SUSHI RESTAURANT THAT HAS FRESH AND DELICIOUS SUSHI AS WELL AS A FULL MENU OF OPTIONS FOR MY HUSBAND. (He does not like raw fish) The AMBIANCE and The Servers are AMAZING (HYPO & Caitlyn) have served me this last week, they both made us feel Exclusive... Well done Katsunori????????????????????
Christina makes our visits special! She always remembers us and treats us like royalty, is personable & loves to chit-chat (which is absolutely delightful for us fellow chatterboxes). She is the sole reason we dont go anywhere else for sushi in town. There are also enough options for those who dont care for seafood- edamame, chicken & beef 'sushi', bento ????, tempura.. Weekends can be a bit busy so for us this is typically a weekday visit.
Best Ramen in the High Desert! My personal favorite: Spicy Pork Toro Ramen w/side of white rice. Need to also give major kudos on the Sashimi ????

Amazing food and service. We celebrate birthdays here and love that they have large tables to fit everyone. Tons of baked roll options for anyone who doesn't like raw fish.
Hands down has the best cucumber salad in the HD... I've been coming here a long time and the service is always great, music gives a super chill vibe... but you gotta add some avocado to your salad to make it perfect. I promise it won't disappoint oooh and try the genie bottle sake.. it's delicious tastes like honey and lime
